  • When I was in basic training, I was taught that in the military you no longer have a right to free speech. It was replaced by chain of command. In the military, you follow orders of those above you in the chain of command without comment or question.

  • Hawaii, where I live, has the lowest gun ownership in the country - only 9.7% of Hawaiian households own 1 or more guns. AND - are you ready for this - Hawaii has the lowest number of gun deaths per 100,000 population in the United States.
